A step-by-step guide for sending your contribution from an exchange or a wallet app. The drawings are simplified illustrations; your app may look different.
You need USDT in a crypto exchange account or a wallet app that can send on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20).
Open the payment page, enter your details and accept the Terms. You then see the exact amount (for example 5000.02 USDT — the 0.01–0.03 extra cents identify your payment) and our receiving wallet with a QR code.
Unpaid orders expire after 48 hours. Never send to an address you found anywhere else.
In your app choose Withdraw or Send, pick USDT, and as network choose BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Some apps call it “BSC” or “BNB Smart Chain”.
Do not choose Ethereum (ERC20), Tron (TRC20), BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2), opBNB or any other network, and do not send any other token. Funds sent on the wrong network or as the wrong token are lost and cannot be recovered.
Paste the address (use the Copy button) or scan the QR code. The QR code contains only the address. Then check that the first and last 6 characters match the payment page.
Enter the exact amount shown. The network fee is paid by you on top. Some exchanges deduct the fee from the amount you type — check that the amount the recipient receives is at least the amount shown. Less than that is not confirmed.
After sending, open the transaction in your history (“Withdrawal history” on an exchange, “Activity” in a wallet app) and copy the TxID / Transaction hash. It starts with 0x and has 66 characters. A wallet app may show it under “View on block explorer”.
Take a screenshot of the completed transaction details (amount, network, address, TXID, time). Uploading it is required when you submit your TXID (JPG, PNG or WEBP, max 5 MB). Keep a copy until your investment is settled. Never share your seed phrase or private key — we will never ask for it.
Paste the TXID on step 3 of the payment page, attach your payment screenshot (required) and press Verify payment. Our server checks it on BNB Smart Chain and confirms it after 15 confirmations (usually under a minute); the page re-checks automatically.
Closed the page? Use the Investor Login with your serial number and email to submit the TXID with your screenshot, or re-check it, later.
I sent less than the amount shown. The payment is marked “partial” and is not confirmed. We are notified and will contact you; you can send the difference or ask for a refund of the amount received.
I sent more. A payment of at least the amount shown is confirmed. Contact us about any extra amount.
The page says “waiting for confirmations”. That is normal for about a minute. The page checks again automatically.
I used the wrong network or token. Contact us at once with your TXID and screenshot. We cannot guarantee that such funds can be recovered.
